DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements:

  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user responsible for posting it. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the appropriate judicial district if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking a restraining order.
